Since 1995, Jeffrey has worked in the capital markets with both public and private companies, bringing a combination of financial, strategic and practical transaction experience to each engagement. His experience spans management, business and corporate advisory roles across the Alberta Stock Exchange (ASE), Vancouver Stock Exchange (VSE), Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX), TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

Jeffrey’s expertise encompasses IPOs, reverse takeovers, private placements, prospectus financings, investor relations, public-company filings, corporate finance, valuation, transaction planning and strategic development. From 2005 to 2016, he served as Senior Advisor, Listings Development at the CSE, where he developed listing strategies and built relationships with companies, advisers, investors and other capital-markets participants.

As co-founder of ITB Solutions Incorporated, established in 2005, Jeffrey has advised companies from Canada and internationally on going public in Canada and accessing the Canadian capital markets. His work includes evaluating going-public alternatives, developing transaction structures and strategies, coordinating participants and advisers, preparing corporate and investor materials, supporting financings and helping management teams navigate the practical requirements of becoming and operating as a public company.

From February 2017 to December 2020, Jeffrey also served as a Senior Advisor for Listings and Business Development with NEO Exchange, now Cboe Canada, where he worked with issuers and market participants as the exchange expanded its Canadian listings business.

Jeffrey has also developed practical experience in generative AI and AI implementation through a combination of formal training and hands-on business application.
