Cindy has 20 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance advisory across various industries, including technology, healthcare, food and beverage, hospitality, and consumer products. She has worked with businesses of all sizes to provide advice and hands on assistance with growth strategies, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising (debt and equity), valuations and succession/transition planning. An entrepreneur herself, Cindy has a particular appreciation for the challenges and opportunities facing business owners. She combines her depth of understanding, breadth of relationships with operators, lenders, and investors, together with her diverse experience to help business owners develop creative solutions to achieve their goals.  Cindy was formerly Vice-President of Corporate Finance at PwC and MNP LLP.

Cindy is also Managing Director of MC2 Business Advisors.
